Effective interaction with the industry and government is critical to the success of CWiMI. The Centre aims to provide leadership in best practice knowledge exchange by formally developing a Knowledge Exchange Centre (KEC). The KEC will allow us to determine industry priorities and to track the learning associated with research delivered. This will provide a means of ensuring that we deliver the knowledge required and milestones and projects as expected.
The aim of the KEC is to establish a credible, accessible and up-to-date source of knowledge for the industry, community and education. The KEC will contain a data repository, information syntheses and acquisition of industry perspectives.
WaterMiner and SiteMiser are the Centre's first on-line knowledge products via the KEC.
